Sun Guichen, on behalf of Fangda Group and NHI, warmly welcomed the arrival of Li Jun and his delegation, and gave a detailed report on the development achievements of the enterprise in 2023. Sun Guichen stated that in 2023, under the leadership of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Government, NHI achieved a growth of nearly 40% in total industrial output value, nearly 20% in operating revenue, nearly 15% in new orders, a year-on-year increase of over 15% in new orders for main business, and a growth of over 10% in employee income. Especially in the development of new products and new markets, breakthroughs have been made. The 3.53-meter pumped storage TBM was successfully delivered; The first domestic full-face mining machine applied to solid potassium salt mines has successfully produced; Independently research and design the world's largest 5.5m cutting end and fixed length shears, breaking foreign technological monopolies and achieving order sales; The dumper product optimizes traditional processes while achieving intelligent operation of "open integration". In 2024, NHI will continue to increase investment in scientific and technological research and development, and make new breakthroughs in areas such as efficient tunnel boring, aircraft maintenance, and special equipment. Sun Guichen hopes that the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Government can help NHI further expand its financing channels, support enterprises to participate in more provincial projects, and make greater contributions to the revitalization of Northeast China and Liaoning.

He said that as a large private enterprise in Shenyang, NHI has played a good demonstration role in promoting high-quality development through continuous innovation.
